Suge Knight has dropped his lawsuit against Chris Brown over the 2014 1Oak shooting in West Hollywood. However, according to TMZ, Brown’s legal team may have had something to do with it.
Initially, Knight filed the suit against the club and Chris after he was shot seven times during the singer’s performance. Knight said the club’s security failed by allowing the gunman to fire several shots inside the club.
Now, it appears Knight has had a change of heart after the singer’s lawyers sent over a threatening letter to the former music exec and his legal team. According to TMZ, Geragos & Geragos told Knight that he would lose the case and Chris would file a lawsuit against him in return. As a result, Knight dropped the suit.
