Swae Lee’s now ex-girlfriend Marliesia Ortiz was allegedly arrested for headbutting musician during a heated argument.
According to a recent report from TMZ, the former couple got into a heated argument outside of Lee’s house in Los Angeles, back in August.
Ortiz allegedly started throwing objects at Lee, and before security removed her from the home, she went out with a bang and reportedly headbutted him.
Sources say that Ortiz was actually the one who called the cops and alleged that Lee sexually assaulted her.
Reports say that Ortiz switched up her original story when the cops arrived, admitting that she hit the rapper and that she broke a few items, all while alleging that Lee strangled her.
Neither Lee nor Ortiz had any visible marks on them, and after cops assessed the situation, they actually decided to arrest Ortiz, instead of Lee.
As of Monday, there haven’t been any reported charges that have been filed. According to TMZ, the L.A. City Attorney has decided to hold a City Attorney hearing with both parties over the incident.
