Born Solána Imani Rowe, SZA’s unique fusion of R&B, hip-hop, and sprinkles of neo-soul has built her a reputation as one of this generation’s most compelling storytellers. Since breaking into the scene with mixtapes like “See.SZA.Run” and “S” before her successful 2017 commercial debut album “Ctrl,” SZA has garnered widespread acclaim for hits like “Love Galore,” “The Weekend,” and “Broken Clocks.” However, one of the project’s most compelling records is the vulnerable “20 Something,” which highlights the complexities of being in your twenties all while highlighting that they’ll soon come to an end.
