Page Six reports that T-Pain is now suing a booking agency for $27,000.
The singer/songwriter, born Faheem Rashad Najm, alleges that the United Talent Agency failed to make sure he received thousands of dollars owed for a series of performances back in 2017, one of the shows being the Fashion Meets Music Festival in Ohio.
T-Pain was supposed to be paid $50,000 for the festival-$12,500 up front, $12,500 the next month and then another $25,000 in the final month before the performance-however, when he received the funds, the check for $35,000 bounced.
According to the papers filed, T-Pain alleges UTA did not inform him about the bounced check until after his performance in August 2017.
