Tamar Braxton is officially taking steps to end her marriage from her estranged husband, Vince Herbert.
According to The Blast, Braxton filed court docs on September 11, showing “proof of service,” as she revealed Vince received the divorce papers earlier this month.
Braxton filed for divorce back in October 2017, after nine years of marriage. However, last month, according to the publication, the L.A. County court warned that the divorce case would be dismissed, if she continued to sit on the process.
The court told Braxton that she needed to provide proof that her ex had been served, which explains the new filing. Now, as the proceedings continue, she is looking to secure primary custody of her 4-year-old son, Logan, as the two iron out the financial details of their split.
