New York podcaster Tax Stone has been arrested in connection with the Irving Plaza shooting that left one man dead, reports state.
On May 2016, just before rapper T.I. was scheduled to hit the stage, several shots were fired inside of the concert venue. As a result, rapper Troy Ave and a few others were injured. One man, Ronald McPhatter, a friend and bodyguard of Troy Ave, was killed.
On Monday, officials told NBC 4 that they had arrested Tax Stone, whose real name is Daryl Campbell, in Brooklyn.
Sources say, Campbell was wanted on a federal warrant charging him with possession of firearm as a felon, all while being sought in relation to the Irving Plaza shooting.
Campbell was arrested Monday without incident, reports state.
