This isn’t just any jersey, either. It’s the gray road jersey Ruth supposedly wore when he “called his shot” in Game 3 of the 1932 World Series against the Chicago Cubs.
Heritage Auctions didn’t take any chances when it came to proving this jersey’s authenticity.
They had third-party experts photo-match it with three photos taken at the famous World Series game. This isn’t just memorabilia—this is the jersey from one of the most talked-about moments in sports.
