The United States is getting an average of 1,500 COVID-19-related deaths a day.
For the first time since March, the country is reverting back to averaging 1,500 Rona infections a day. Over the past two weeks, cases of COVID-19 have increased by 1 percent. The number of people being hospitalized has increased by 4 percent, and in a seven-day week, people dying has risen by 29 percent.
Yahoo! News reports that about 152,000 people in the States have tested positive for COVID-19 every day over the past two weeks. Mississippi, Louisiana, and Florida, in particular, all have high numbers of cases.
Out of the number of COVID-19 cases, children make up 26.9 percent of them. This number comes after kids recently went back to school, according to the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Just as we started to go back outside, it looks like we may have to walk back in as the country is starting to see an average of 1,500 COVID-19 related deaths every day.
