Tiger Woods, 41, was arrested early Monday morning on DUI charges in Jupiter, FL, where he is a resident.
Tiger was taken into custody at around 3 am. He didn’t remain locked up for long, as Palm Beach County Jail records show the pro-golfer was released on his own recognizance at 10:50 am this morning.
This isn’t the first time the golf star has been caught driving under the influence. In 2009, after a fight with his then-wife, he was involved in a car accident where he hit a fire hydrant and a tree in his neighbor’s yard after pulling out of the driveway. He was allegedly under the influence at the time.
Woods is currently rehabbing a back injury. In April, he underwent fusion surgery, the fourth surgery on his back since Spring 2014.
