Tiger Woods’s ex-girlfriend has dropped her lawsuit against him, which contested a non-disclosure and acknowledgment agreement and her eviction from his residence.
According to TMZ, Erica Herman filed a lawsuit last year in Martin County, Florida, claiming she was owed $30 million for rent she would have paid for a similar beachfront property over six years.
Herman’s efforts to question the authenticity of the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) were unsuccessful, as a judge ruled to uphold the deal and denied her request for a rehearing.
Initially, Herman’s legal team had planned to appeal the ruling, arguing that she never acknowledged the existence of an agreement to arbitrate disputes. However, they filed a motion to dismiss the case without prejudice last month.
In October, her lawsuit was filed, claiming that Woods had unlawfully evicted her from his home after their relationship ended in 2022. Erica, who had moved in with Woods in 2016, said he promised to allow her to live in the mansion for up to 11 years.
