MLB star Tim Anderson is speaking out after having his affair with Dejah Lanee while still married to his wife, Bria Anderson.
The athlete sat down with The Pivot, where he spoke about having his and his wife’s personal issues play out on social media. If you recall, Lanee blasted Anderson, sharing photos and messages of them, claiming that the two were still actively seeing one another after she gave birth to their son, despite Anderson and his wife insinuating that she was once just his side chick. The Instagram debacle left Anderson’s infidelity on full display for the world. However, he says their family is working through it.
“We went to therapy. Just really digging into what was it. What caused me to go into these spaces?” Anderson added, “It’s a tough conversation. It’s a tough situation.”
Anderson previously referred to Lanee as a “sneaky link” that became a “responsibility,” which promoted the back and forth between the women last month. In his chat with The Pivot, Anderson told host Ryan Clark that he and Bria are still going through their marriage hurdles, and he is still trying to “make it right behind the scenes.”
Bria and Anderson wed in 2017. Aside from his son with Lanee, Anderson shares daughters Peyton and Paxton with his wife. Lanee has said several times that the 29-year-old told her that he and Bria were not together but only kept up the facade for his career. Lanee even detailed a residence that Anderson lived in alone that she and her other children would frequent. Nevertheless, according to Anderson, the days of having a side relationship with Lanee have come to an end.
