TLC’s Chilli is addressing Usher’s recent interview about her rejecting his marriage proposal, which he claims broke his heart.
During a recent interview with PEOPLE, Usher said that their relationship left him “not trusting women or wanting to open up.”
However, sources say that Chilli “is unbothered by the recent hoopla involving her past relationship.”
The former couple has since moved on since their split in 2004.
According to reports, Chilli is happy in her new relationship with actor Matthew Lawrence. The two have been dating since November 2022.
Earlier this week, it was revealed that Usher and his long-time girlfriend, Jennifer Goicoechea, married secretly after the 2024 Super Bowl.
