Ty Dolla $ign has been indicted on felony drug charges that could lead to more than a decade behind bars, if convicted.
According to TMZ, the rapper was slapped with three counts of felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of THC and misdemeanor possession of less than one ounce of weed following a September drug bust and arrest in Fulton County, Georgia.
In the incident, the rapper and his crew were stopped by police and searched. As drug dogs barked at the rapper’s limousine van, officials discovered both cocaine and marijuana in the vehicle. Although Ty was stopped with at least six other people in the van, including Skrillex, he was the only one that was booked on charges.
Now, he’s facing up to 15 years behind bars.
