In November 2016, #Tyga celebrated his birthday at The Penthouse nightclub in WeHo with his then-girlfriend #KylieJenner. However, as he walked into the party a man served him with legal docs, putting a huge damper on his big day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Three months later, the process server hit Tyga with another lawsuit, this time accusing the rapper of siccing his crew on him. In the suit, according to TMZ, the server said he was beaten down, “grabbed, yanked, pulled and choked,” by someone in Tyga’s entourage, all under the rapper’s orders.

But now, more than a year later, Tyga says that is not the case.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In new documents obtained by The Blast, Tyga says a man named Adam Harari “knew the risks” of his job and actions when he attempted to serve the rapper at his birthday party.

The rapper says anything that happened to the process server that night was because of his own actions and had nothing to do with him or any of his orders.

As a result, he wants the entire case tossed. Especially since the rapper believes Harari’s issue should be covered by his own insurance.
