Earlier this week, Tyrese appeared on The Morning Hustle Show, where he opened up about the possibility of being married again and how he refused to kiss his co-stars during his previous marriage.
Host, King Kyle, got straight to the point and asked, “You desire to be married. You don’t want to get back with your ex and You’re happy in your current relationship. So does that mean there’s another wedding on the horizon?”
Tyrese hesitated and said, “Well, let’s just say my commitment that I’ve expressed to Zeli is let’s just do the best we can with the 24 hours that we get.”
He said, “ I think the most debating aspect of a marriage ending to me was I fixed my mind to do this for the rest of my life.”
Further in the interview, Tyrese went on to explain how he moves when he’s married.
He said, “I never cheated. The only woman I kissed in 5 years when I was with her was Naomi Harris’s forehead in the movie Black and Blue.”
Host Lore’l jokingly responded, “Which that doesn’t even count because you got paid to do so.”
He said, “Well I wasn’t even willing to kiss her on the lips in the movie because I was like, what insecurities would I create in my wife from me kissing this woman?”
King Kyle said, “Even if she understands that’s what you do for a living?”
Tyrese said in response to producers telling him that the scene called for a kiss on the lips.
He said, “Yeah. Can I do the forehead instead?”
