Usher Lawsuit Goes From $10 Million To $20 Million After Accuser Says She Tested Positive For Herpes

Last week, it was revealed that a Jane Doe was suing Usher after she found out via the blogs that the singer may have Herpes Simplex 2. According to the woman’s lawsuit, she first slept with the singer in April, and then again 12 days later. During the last meetup, Usher didn’t wear a condom. When she found out that Usher had allegedly paid another woman $1 million for giving her herpes, Jane Doe sprung into action, filing a suit and accusing the married singer of exposing her to the virus.  She says she would have never slept with him had she known his alleged diagnosis.

Shortly after hearing the rumors online, Jane Doe got tested. Now, it appears Jane Doe has gotten her test results and she is positive for herpes. She says that she got the results back on Saturday and is devastated. She’s now upped the ante from $10 million to $20 million for emotional harm, medical bills, and punitive damages.
