Video Shows Draymond Green Throwing A Punch At Jordan Poole During Practice [Video]

Video shows Draymond Green attacking his fellow Golden State Warriors teammate Jordan Poole during practice.

The footage obtained by TMZ shows Green and Poole seemingly getting into a verbal back-and-forth before Green starts to approach him. As he’s walking, Green continues to communicate with Poole before he steps to the shooting guard’s face. As the two stand toe-to-toe, Poole uses his hands to push Green out of his space. Green then lunges toward Poole and punches him. Poole is seen dropping to the ground with Green seemingly reaching to catch him, and people around the two players start to intervene. 

So far, Warriors general manager Bob Myers has responded to the incident, saying, “These things happen,” TMZ reports. 

“Nobody likes it. We don’t condone it, but it happens,” said Myers. “Draymond apologized to the team. Jordan was there in the room. As far as any suspension, punishment, fine, we will handle that internally.”
