Waka Flocka Seeks Court Order to Seal Divorce Records Amid Ex’s Online Feud with New Girlfriend

Waka Flocka has reportedly requested a confidentiality order in his divorce case with Tammy Rivera, citing their status as public figures.

He argued that their financial information and divorce records should be sealed, as reported by RadarOnline.

The rapper has also requested the judge to order all parties, “to refrain from discussing the proceedings and any aspect of the proceedings in the media to include but not limited to social media, print media, internet, radio, and or television media.”

According to reports, a judge has yet to rule on the matter.

Previously, it was reported that Tammy disclosed that she and Flocka are still legally married following a tense online exchange earlier this month with his current girlfriend, Melanie Montalvo.

“Sweetie we talked cause our daughter and to be honest we still legally married so we have to talk cause we have business that has to be handled together until them papers are signed! Grown ppl buisness.”
