Wendy Williams Responds to Howard Stern Diss; “Don’t Hate On Me Because I Got In Before You”

Howard Stern and Wendy Williams are fighting yet again.

According to ET, the feud was reignited after Stern expressed his disregard for Williams being inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame in 2011, which was a year before he was inducted.

After seemingly ending their feud in May with Stern apologizing to Williams, he took to a recent broadcast of his SiriusXM radio show to express his annoyance with Williams being recognized before him

“No offense to Wendy Williams, but they put Wendy Williams in before me,” obviously, still a point of contention for the 66-year-old.

On Tuesday, Williams addressed the rant during the “Hot Topics” segment on her show.

“Now you looky here, Howard, I’m tired of fighting with you, man. Why do you always have to fight with me? Because you think I’m the low-lying fruit? Why?” Williams asked, seemingly dumbfounded as to why the two are still in a back and forth with one another after years.

She continued, “Why are you and I always fighting? I wasn’t fighting with you; I’m minding my own business.”

In a slight flex, Williams threw a dart at Stern, “Don’t hate on me because I got in before you.”

During a March 2019 “Hot Topics” segment, Williams said she felt that Stern had “gone Hollywood,” a comment that upset Stern, sending him blasting her career, health problems, work ethic, and troubled marriage.

The outspoken host later acknowledged that he was wrong in bashing Williams the way he did.

“That was me at my worst. I thought she was saying that I was a piece of s—t, and I sucked. But now, I don’t see it as an offense at all,” Stern told The Hollywood Reporter in a cover story.
