Wendy Williams’ son is officially off the hook in his assault case after prosecutors withdrew their decision to pursue charges.
On Tuesday, Kevin Hunter Jr. appeared before a judge to address assault charges for allegedly punching his father in the face, back in May. During the hearing, prosecutors revealed that after further review of the case, they’d decided not to charge Junior in the incident.
Instead, according to TMZ, prosecutors offered a conditional dismissal, which provided Junior with a clean record, if he stays out of trouble. In the meantime, his attorney told the publication that the family is solid, highlighting the fact that Hunter Sr. appeared for support.
