Young Thug just secured a legal victory in the fallout of the YSL RICO case. On Monday, a Fulton County judge dismissed the civil forfeiture case tied to the investigation. That means Williams will now get back the property that was confiscated during the probe.
Back in February, Williams had already retrieved some of his belongings. Authorities returned his jewelry shortly after his release from the Fulton County Jail.
The Atlanta rapper took a plea deal on October 31st, 2024, officially ending his role in the high-profile Young Slime Life RICO case. The trial, which started in November 2023, had stretched over several months and kept the hip-hop world watching closely. Williams was first indicted in 2022.
This latest court decision clears the way for the return of any remaining items that were seized during the investigation.
With his chapter in the RICO saga now closed, Young Thug is gradually reclaiming his freedom and his possessions.
