Young Thug’s brother is back behind bars after being picked up on a weapons possession charge in Atlanta.
Unfoonk, real name Quantavious Grier, was pulled over near his house at around 4 p.m. on Thursday. Officers claimed they smelled marijuana and searched the black Mercedes sedan. A police K-9 was called in, and a handgun was located during the search of the vehicle.
TMZ reports that authorities said Unfoonk also had excessive tints on the car and was not wearing his seatbelt when he was pulled over.
The YSL rapper was arrested for firearm possession by a convicted felon and also charged with criminal street gang activity, improper window tint, and a seatbelt violation.
Unfoonk was also caught up in the YSL RICO case, entering a plea last December. This recent arrest could lead to a violation of his probation terms and send him back to jail.
