It looks like the situation between model Lira Galore and her ex-fiance, Pee Thomas, CEO of Quality Control, is only getting worse as the two continue to exchange abuse allegations amid their legal battle over the custody of their daughter, Khalessi.
Last week, court documents were released, detailing abuse the 26-year-old model and hair care entrepreneur was allegedly subjected to at the hands of Thomas during her pregnancy. In one alleged attack, Galore said Thomas punched her in the face, began to choke her, and punched her in the head so many times, that developed visible knots. After a different incident in August of 2018, the CEO allegedly attempted to “make things right” by gifting her with a $50,000 SUV, only to shatter the driver side window on the same SUV during another altercation between the two. Afterwards, Thomas allegedly gave Galore a $50,000 bribe to keep her from reporting the incident.
However, in the wake of the allegations, the Quality Control is now claiming that Galore was the one who physically abused him, claiming that Galore was “physically violent towards him” during the times she was abusing various drugs. The documents did not specify which drugs she allegedly used at the time. In addition, Thomas is also suspicious of the timing of Galore’s allegations, as he claims to have been present in their daughter’s life over the past eight months with no incidents.
“It must be questioned as to why she allowed him unsupervised visitation with the parties’ daughter and waited so long to file this monetary claim.” court documents stated.
Galore’s abuse allegations came to light when Thomas requested joint custody of their child back in May. This resulted in Lira filing new documents, requesting sole physical custody of the child due to Thomas’s violent history with her, stating that he “has consistently demonstrated physically violent, emotionally abusive, irrational and erratic behavior.”
In addition to the $15 million, Galore is also requesting Thomas to foot the bill for her mounting legal fees, which have already topped $19k.
