Police say that Washington is expected to survive as his injuries are non-life threatening.
TMZ reported that the second victim was also transferred to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
So far, police say the shooter(s) have not been identified.
The Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office released an autopsy report that said Takeoff was shot in both the head and torso.
