Queen Elizabeth II is back to hosting virtual audiences this week after testing positive for Covid-19.

On Tuesday, it was reported that the 95-year-old monarch met with the ambassadors of Chad and Andorra via a video conference.
Last week, the Queen canceled several sessions, so her attendance on Tuesday suggests she is recovering.

Her age, COVID-19 diagnosis, and a previous health scare last year
sparked concern among officials and the public. Upon learning that the Queen tested positive for the virus on Feb.20, all sides of British politics sent get-well wishes.

Palace officials refused to comment on the monarch‘s health, citing her right to privacy. However, they say she will continue to perform “light” duties at Windsor Castle, having been fully vaccinated and having a booster shot.

According to palace announcements, the queen spent a night in the hospital in October for undisclosed “preliminary investigations” and “regretfully” canceled two other highly anticipated in-person visits on doctors’ orders.
