“The Queen of Brooklyn” whose real name is Nenobia Washington, has reportedly passed away at 38.

On Saturday, police and paramedics arrived at the scene around 7:40 p.m. when they discovered Washington dazed and unresponsive in front of a New York City skyscraper.

According to reports she was brought to a neighboring hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Sources tell TMZ that Washington’s injuries appear to be consistent with a fall from an elevated location, and it’s believed she leaped from a height of six stories, but the investigation is still ongoing, and the Medical Examiner has yet to identify her official cause of death.

The father of Washington’s son, David Jackson, said that he was told she fell out of a window, but the family has received conflicting versions from witnesses.

While there have been rumors that Nenobia went missing before her death, Jackson claims that she spoke to their son, Tyeleck, the night before she died and that she was never missing.

Nenobia, who became famous after an interview with HotNewHipHop in 2015, will be honored with a private ceremony and public monument in New York, where admirers can pay their respects.

A GoFundMe set up to crowdfund for her memorial ceremony has garnered $28,000 so far, and Jackson said any cash left over would go toward her child’s care.
