According to reports, R. Kelly’s former manager, James Mason, had his terroristic threats case dismissed after agreeing to stay away from R. Kelly’s girlfriend’s family.
The case against Mason was dismissed last month in exchange for him agreeing to a protective order banning him from having any contact with Kelly’s ex-girlfriend, her father, and their family.
It was previously reported that Mason called Joycelyn Savage’s father in 2018, threatening him, saying, “I’m gonna do harm to you and your family, when I see you I’m gonna get you, I’m going to f***ing kill you.”
Mason eventually surrendered when an arrest warrant for felony terroristic threats was issued.
He was released after posting a $10,000 bond, And the case is now closed.
While Joycelyn has remained by Kelly’s side and has vocally denied being held against her will, her parents believe she has been brainwashed for years, and they have tried to persuade her to return home.
