Floyd Mayweather is putting The Money Team name into another arena, rolling out new advertising for a legal services business aimed at people injured in car crashes and other accidents. The Mayweather legal network, officially marketed as The Money Team Legal Network, is using the boxing star’s image and reputation to connect potential clients with attorneys handling personal injury and related claims.

The broader commercial push for The Money Team Legal Network arrived on August 27 following an earlier soft launch in October 2025. The campaign leans heavily into Mayweather’s undefeated boxing image, with promotional material declaring, “50-0. Never lost. Never will. Now, I’m bringing that same energy to your corner.” The rollout positions Mayweather’s familiar Money Team branding as the attention-grabbing engine behind the legal venture.

Mayweather gets straight to the target audience in one of the new advertisements. According to World Boxing News, he tells viewers, “Car crash, personal injury victims, if you want to get paid, you need lawyers who fight.” He then makes one of the campaign’s biggest marketing claims: “Our network delivers multi-million dollar settlements, and there are no fees until you get paid.” The outlet notes that the network is promoting free consultations to prospective clients.

There is an important distinction behind the Mayweather legal network branding. According to The Money Team Legal Network’s official consumer website, the platform itself is a legal marketing service, not a law firm. The company says it connects prospective claimants with independent participating attorneys who are responsible for providing the actual legal services. The website also states that submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship and warns that previous results do not guarantee the outcome of another case.

The site currently markets help for a much wider range of cases than car accidents alone. According to the network’s consumer portal, its listed categories include car, truck, motorcycle and pedestrian crashes, dog bites, injuries on unsafe property, workers’ compensation claims, nursing home neglect, medical malpractice, Social Security disability matters and defective drug cases. The platform advertises case reviews around the clock and says participating attorneys generally work under an arrangement where legal fees are collected only if money is recovered. Its disclaimer adds that clients could still be responsible for certain costs depending on the circumstances.

Behind the consumer-facing pitch is a business designed to attract attorneys as well as injured clients. According to The Money Team Legal Network’s partner website, the company describes itself as a nationwide network of vetted lawyers headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. Its pitch to law firms centers on access to Mayweather’s brand, digital advertising campaigns, and a pipeline of potential cases. The company says it intends to approve one participating firm per territory rather than have multiple firms competing inside the same market.

That setup provides more detail about how the Mayweather legal network plans to make money. The network’s partner registration portal currently advertises an introductory price of $350 per lead for law firms, described as a one-time purchase rather than a subscription. Firms applying to participate are asked about their locations, practice areas, attorney count, monthly case capacity, and whether they maintain both pre-litigation and litigation departments.

The Money Team’s move into the legal industry also appears to have been developing well before the latest ad campaign. Mayweather publicly promoted an October 2025 Las Vegas launch event with business partner Randy Nordstrom.

There is also a corporate trail connected to the Law Firm version of the brand. BizProfile, which says its information was extracted from Arizona Corporation Commission records, lists The Money Team Law Firm, LLC as an active Arizona company formed on August 1, 2023, with a Scottsdale address. Those records concern The Money Team Law Firm entity, while the current consumer-facing Money Team Legal Network explicitly describes itself as a marketing and attorney referral service rather than a law firm.

For Mayweather, the latest campaign turns one of the most recognizable brands in boxing into a lead generation machine for the personal injury industry. The celebrity name may bring people through the door, but The Money Team Legal Network’s own disclosures make clear that independent attorneys, not Mayweather himself or the marketing network, ultimately handle the legal representation.
