Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore is facing an eviction suit from her landlord, according to RadarOnline.
The report cites court documents filed in Fulton County, Georgia. The landlord claims Kenya paid her May rent $848 short and defaulted on the terms of her lease. Rent on the six bedroom, six bathroom Roswell home is $3,999 a month. The landlord is reportedly asking for June rent plus $2,500 in eviction fees and damages, and Kenya has until June 7 to respond to the complaint.
A neighbor who was not named told the outlet that the sheriff’s department posted an eviction notice at the home last Thursday, and said neighbors had complained since she moved in to film the fifth season of the show.
Kenya had not publicly responded to the claims at the time of the reports. Everything above comes from a landlord’s court filing and an anonymous source, so it is one side of the story for now.
