Remy Ma is confident that she will be cleared in her recent assault case, once security camera footage from her home is reviewed by prosecutors.
According to TMZ, Remy’s attorney, Dawn Florio claims the rapper has security cameras installed in her house that show she was there at 9:30 PM on April 16 — the same exact time “Love & Hip Hop: New York” star Brittney Taylor claims Remy punched her backstage during a concert at NYC’s Irving Plaza.
Sources claim that prosecutors were “dumbfounded” when Florio revealed that this evidence did exist in court, and by Remy’s claims that she was nowhere near Irving Plaza the night of the alleged altercation.
Remy’s defense team is convinced that once the evidence of the home surveillance footage is reviewed, Taylor’s case will be destroyed and Remy will be cleared.
