Diddy has officially severed ties with Revolt TV, the network he founded back in 2013. Recent reports reveal that he has sold off all of his shares to an undisclosed buyer, effectively relinquishing any association with the company, TMZ has reported. However, Revolt TV remains firmly rooted in its commitment to Black culture as it transitions under new ownership.

While the specifics of the deal remain undisclosed, sources indicate that the new owner, who has chosen to remain anonymous for now, shares a deep passion for Black culture. Plans for a formal introduction are underway in the coming weeks, signaling a commitment to upholding the network’s original mission.

Diddy’s departure from Revolt comes after his resignation as Chairman last November, with the sale of his shares being the final business matter he dealt with. Described as an amicable agreement, both parties are reportedly content with the transaction.

Detavio Samuels, the CEO, and Deon Graham, the Chief Brand Officer, are expected to continue in their current roles, supporting the new owner during the transition period. Furthermore, there are no anticipated changes to the network’s staffing or production in the immediate future.

Although the new owner may implement their vision over time, Revolt TV is poised to maintain its current operations during the transition phase. While some may speculate on the connection between Diddy’s personal affairs and the network’s change in ownership, sources assert that the negotiations had been ongoing prior to any recent events involving Diddy.
