Kim Zolciak seems unbothered by Nene Leakes’ recent lawsuit, which accuses her of racism.
On Thursday, shortly after Nene’s lawsuit, Kim posted a series of videos showing her margarita-filled happy hour. Nene filed a lawsuit against the Bravo network, alleging they “tolerated, if not, encouraged” Kim’s “racially-insensitive and inappropriate behavior.”
Kim’s ten-slide post shows her enjoying a margarita at Chili’s with her husband, Kroy Biermann. The other slides include videos of Kim’s daughters, Brielle and Ariana, picking her up since she doesn’t drive after drinking.
Kim was not named the defendant in the lawsuit. However, her name was dropped plenty of times. The suit alleges that Kim said, ‘I don’t want to sit around with Nene, eating chicken’ during the taping of the first season of RHOA.
It also states that during season 5, Kim made a “racially offensive and stereotypical” about Kandi Burruss and called her neighborhood “ghetto.” That same season, Kim allegedly used the n-word toward Nene, called her house a “roach nest,” and suggested that she was on drugs.
According to Nene’s lawyers, the reality star filed the lawsuit against Bravo, executive producer Andy Cohen, NBCUniversal, True Entertainment, and Truly Original.
