Rob Kardashian took to Twitter after his breakup with Rita Ora and accused the singer of cheating on him with nearly 20 men while they were together.
The two had kept things quiet for months before finally going public, so the breakup was a surprise. Early reports said they split because of distance and Rita’s busy schedule. Then Rob went on a tweeting spree.
“She cheated on me with nearly 20 dudes while we were together,” Rob tweeted. He went on to ask how a woman so busy trying to launch her career had time for that many men. He said he could live with a woman cheating once, because people make mistakes, but he was disgusted by what he claimed she had done.
His big sister had his back, at least at first. “Cheaters never prosper @RobKardashian ill be home today… Try and smile little brother,” Khloe Kardashian tweeted.
That didn’t last long. Rob deleted the tweets, and Khloe deleted hers too, replacing it with one telling her brother to be nice.
Rita stayed quiet. Her spokesperson declined to comment, and she spent the day tweeting about her upcoming tour like nothing happened.
There’s no way to know what really went on between them. One thing is clear, though: when you date a Kardashian, the breakup is never private.
Update: Rob later admitted on Keeping Up With the Kardashians that he posted the cheating claims to make Rita hate him. He said he had taken her back over and over for more than a year and did it so he wouldn’t take her back again. Rita has since said she never really saw their relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend.
