As Blac Chyna continues to dominate headlines over her few appearances with Soulja Boy, her baby daddy, Rob Kardashian, is looking to use the extra attention to his advantage.
According to The Blast, Rob has unleashed his lawyer, Laura Wasser, to secure a more formal child custody agreement, as he has become “very worried” about his daughter’s safety in Chyna’s custody.
Sources say the former couple currently split custody 50/50, but between recent reports of an alleged physical altercation between Chyna and her ex-boyfriend Kid Buu and her unsolicited visits, Rob wants more custody of Dream.
And he wants it in writing.
He says Chyna’s recent behavior has been “disturbing,” specifically the “violence, substance abuse and neglect.” In addition, he claims she’s not always “in good enough shape” to take Dream when it’s her time.
As a result, he’s preparing to demand more custody in court.

However, despite reports, both Rob and Chyna have denied the allegations, admitting that they are actively co-parenting.
“Angela and I are both actively co-parenting and there are no pending or active custody,” Rob Kardashian said. “Robert and I only concern is what’s in the best interest of our daughter that we both equally love. Additionally, Robert is a wonderful father to our Dreamy!” Chyna said.
