Rocsi Diaz Is Back on Your Screen—and This Time, She’s in the "American Gladiators" Arena

She’s back! Rocsi Diaz is stepping into a whole new arena as she joins the reboot of “American Gladiators” on Prime Video. The former “106 & Park” co-host has been officially named sideline host for the upcoming series, bringing her signature energy to one of TV’s most intense physical competition shows.

While WWE star The Miz will handle main hosting duties, Rocsi will be up close and personal with the action, interviewing contestants, Gladiators, and breaking down all the sweat, speed, and drama that happens in the ring.

Known for her work on BET, MTV, and ABC’s GMA3, Rocsi’s return to primetime TV marks a major moment—not just for her, but for fans who’ve watched her rise through the ranks of pop culture. She’s also fresh off hosting We Got Time Today with Deion Sanders on Tubi, showing she’s got range and knows how to keep it real.

The new American Gladiators reboot brings 16 fierce new Gladiators to the screen—eight men and eight women—with backgrounds in bodybuilding, CrossFit, military service, and pro wrestling. Expect new challenges, some classic events from the original 90s hit, and lots of high-stakes energy.

Rocsi’s addition to the team gives this reboot some real flavor, and fans are already hyped to see her bring her signature blend of charm and intensity to the arena.
The show is set to premiere on Prime Video, and with a mix of nostalgia and fresh firepower, this Gladiators comeback might be the biggest one yet.

She adds no value to the show at all. She just stands there looking crazy and occasionally says “wow” or “oh, no”. Miz totally overshadows her, and her co-hosting skills are superficial. She just smiles awkwardly, and stares at the screen. She gives low energy and out of place.
