Rory, the ex-co-host of The Joe Budden Podcast, has spoken out after being fired on-air by Budden after months of tensions.

The show’s hosts were trending much of Wednesday after the now-deleted podcast episode went viral. In the clip, Joe Budden rips Rory for what he feels is entitlement. According to the “Pump It Up” rapper, both Rory and fellow co-host Mal had unrealistic demands that drove a wedge between them.

“Since Rory feels like he has so many options here, somehow he still feels like he’s running the show,” Budden stated. “He feels like he’s entitled to more. Rory, you are in breach of your contract. And from this point forward, you are fired, and you are not welcome back.”

Not long after Budden’s rant hit the net, Rory hopped on Twitter to speak out. However, unlike Budden, he did not resort to scandal. Instead, he thanked fans who have supported the show over the years and promised to go into more detail regarding the fallout at a later date.

“I’ll get to that messy shit soon but in the meantime I’m here to celebrate an amazing run!! Love.”

Budden did confirm that the Wednesday episode was removed from SoundCloud and YouTube but could be found exclusively on Patreon, though a leaked clip was circulating on social media.
