More details are surfacing around the confrontation between Diddy and UCLA strength coach Sal Alosi, and now reports are looking at Alosi’s time with the New York Jets.
Alosi is best known for the 2010 incident in which he tripped a Miami Dolphins player from the sideline while working as the Jets strength and conditioning coach. According to TMZ and other outlets, a former Jets chiropractor wrote a letter to the team claiming Alosi verbally abused and humiliated her, and tried to keep her from treating players over disagreements about towels and water.
Pro Football Talk also reported that Alosi once got into a fistfight with Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis. Reports say the chiropractor’s letter has made its way to Diddy’s legal team, which could use it if needed.
All of this comes from reports and one person’s letter, and none of it has been proven. How the chiropractor’s complaint was resolved is not known, and no response from Alosi to these claims was included in the coverage. Baller Alert will update if he speaks out.
