Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been hit with a new lawsuit by a woman alleging she was drugged, bound, and violently raped by the music mogul and his former bodyguard, Joseph Sherman, at his Daddy’s House recording studio in 2001. According to court documents obtained by TMZ and Rolling Stone, the alleged victim, Thalia Graves, also learned that the assault was recorded and later sold as pornography.

This lawsuit follows a series of allegations against the 54-year-old music mogul, who was recently arrested and charged with sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy.

Graves claims she first met Combs through her then-boyfriend, an executive at Bad Boy Entertainment, in 1999. Over time, she attended events hosted at Combs’ homes and frequently visited Daddy’s House studio, where her boyfriend worked. The lawsuit describes a turning point when Graves allegedly received a call from Combs, asking to meet her to discuss her boyfriend’s supposed work performance issues. Hoping to help her partner, she agreed to the meeting.

Combs and his bodyguard, Joseph Sherman (aka Big Joe), allegedly picked her up at her residence. Graves claims that after accepting a glass of wine from Combs, she quickly began to feel dizzy and disoriented. By the time they arrived at the studio, Graves says she could barely walk, and soon after, she lost consciousness.

When she regained consciousness, Graves alleges that she was naked, bound, and restrained, her hands tied behind her back. According to her account, Combs entered the room naked and violently raped her, followed by Sherman, who also assaulted her. She claims that despite her attempts to escape, Combs overpowered her and slammed her head into a pool table, causing her to lose consciousness again.

The lawsuit also states that Graves later learned from her ex-boyfriend that the alleged rape had been recorded and shared with others. Graves claims this was part of a larger pattern of non-consensual recordings made by Combs and Sherman, with tapes reportedly sold as pornography.

The lawsuit follows a string of accusations against Combs, including a high-profile case brought by his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, who settled with him in 2023. Since then, multiple women have stepped forward, accusing Combs of violent sexual assaults dating back decades.

Neither Combs nor his representatives have commented on the latest allegations. However, Combs has consistently denied previous accusations, calling them “fabricated” and “a money grab.”
