Draya Michele is back in the middle of tape talk. TMZ reported on October 26, 2014 that a man named David filed papers in a New York small claims court over a missing private recording. According to TMZ, he says a 2011 tape that he and Draya made together was lost and is now being shopped around.
TMZ reported that David and Draya were in a relationship from January 2011 to September 2013. His court filing reportedly seeks to address the loss of the private recording.
This is not the first time the subject has come up. In 2011, Draya addressed talk of a possible tape on Twitter and said at the time that only she and the man involved had it. We have not verified any footage, and we are not linking to or posting anything from it.
