Sharelle Rosado isn’t here for the drama.
After calling off her engagement to retired NFL star Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson in October 2024, the Selling Tampa star addressed rumors that their relationship was just for publicity.
In a recent interview with the New York Post, Rosado set the record straight: “If this was just for PR, why would we have a child together? That doesn’t add up,” she said. “People will always speculate and assume, but we know what we had and what we created.”
The rumors took off after Lastonia Leviston, aka “Stoni,” the mother of Rick Ross’s first child, claimed on W.A.G.s. to Riches that Rosado and Johnson’s relationship wasn’t genuine.
Rosado brushed off the noise, emphasizing their bond: “We’re still family, regardless of our relationship status. We have a child together, and his kids are like my own. If they need anything, I’m there, and I know it’s the same the other way around. We’ll always put family and business first.”
While their romantic chapter has ended, Rosado and Johnson are focused on keeping things respectful and putting family first.
