Sharon Osbourne says Donald Trump and the Taliban should be allowed on Twitter to respect freedom of speech.

As the conversation surrounding our First Amendment right to freedom of speech continues as Elon Musk sets his sight on Twitter, TMZ asked former talk show host Sharon Osbourne about her thoughts on the matter.

On Tuesday, the reality star was walking outside of Neiman Marcus when TMZ approached her and asked about Musk bringing Trump back to Twitter.

“Hey, listen, if they have and they have the guy that runs Iran, they might as well have Trump,” said Osbourne.

When asked if controversial have the right to speak, Osbourne replied, “Everyone has the right.” Adding that “even the Taliban” does as well. Osbourne went on to share that she loves Elon and that she doesn’t have “anything bad to say about him.”

“Cancel culture,” or as some prefer, “accountability culture,” isn’t a new concept for Osbourne. Back in March, Osbourne made her exit from the daytime talk show The Talk after having a controversial heated conversation about race with her co-hosts.
