Slim Thug has entered the Megan Thee Stallion and Klay Thompson breakup chat, and he says the public fallout is exactly why he refuses to sign up for relationships that can turn messy online.

During a recent livestream, the Houston rapper reacted after Megan accused Thompson of cheating following their split. Rather than pick sides, Slim used the moment to explain why he has long said marriage and public relationships are not for him.
“I hate to see that. I’m not never rooting for that,” Slim said. “That’s why I can’t be in that situation because if you get in a situation like that, look what happens when it don’t work out.”
The breakup has already sparked nonstop conversation online, with Megan publicly citing trust and fidelity issues while Thompson has stayed silent. That kind of attention, according to Slim, is exactly what he avoids.
“How many times have I came on here and say, ‘Nah, I don’t want that because I don’t want to get married?’” he said. “So that’s why I just don’t ever sign up.”
Slim added that he knows himself too well to pretend certain situations would work for him.
“I know who I am. I’m 45 at this point. I know who I am. I don’t even trust myself for a lot of situations,” he said. “The situations I don’t trust myself in, I never signed up for.”
Still, Slim ended on a respectful note for the former couple.
“God bless them. I hope they figure it out and work it out.”
