Smash or Pass? Chilli-Flavored Ice Cream

Skyline Spice Ice Cream

Cincinnati favorites Graeter’s Ice Cream and Skyline Chili are teaming up for a dessert like no other: Skyline Spice Ice Cream. This limited-edition flavor combines Graeter’s signature French pot ice cream with Skyline’s famous spice mix and crunchy oyster crackers, creating a treat that’s equal parts sweet and savory.

Richard Graeter, CEO of Graeter’s, shared his excitement about the collaboration. “This flavor highlights what makes our city special, combining two iconic Cincinnati brands into something unique,” he said. Dick Williams, CEO of Skyline Chili, added, “This is our first dessert collaboration, and we’re proud to bring this creative flavor to life for our fans.”

Skyline Spice Ice Cream is described as offering a blend of creamy sweetness with the bold spices that Skyline is known for. It’s definitely an unexpected twist, but for those who enjoy adventurous flavors, it could be worth a try.

The flavor will be available starting Jan. 27 at Skyline Chili locations across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Florida, as well as at Graeter’s shops. Pints will also be sold at select Kroger stores in Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Louisville, and nationwide shipping will be available through Graeters.com.
