An attorney representing a company suing Kingston was on the scene during the raid and told reporters his client had filed a suit against Kingston over an unpaid balance for an entertainment system valued at over $100,000.
In the past, Kingston has been accused of not paying for jewelry and other goods, and there have even been reports of him not paying his T-Mobile phone bill.
