This summer, Sonic and Sour Patch Kids collaborate to bring you a sour and sweet slushy.
The Sour Patch Kids Slush Float is the latest addition to the fast foods chain’s mashup menu. The extraordinary frozen delight blends rich vanilla ice cream with a slushy watermelon taste from Sour Patch Kids, as well as the brand’s signature chewy candy.
The new release is described as a “sour then sweet” dessert that satisfies both cravings.
Starting May 30, the colorful slush float will be available to all customers for a limited time until July 31.
Those who had the Sonic app received access one week early to the summer treat.
$2.99 will get you a medium Sonic, and Sour Patch treat.
Proceeds from this new beverage will be donated to Limeades for Learning, which assists teachers and education programs nationwide.
