Soulja Boy could still enjoy his summer as a free man. According to reports, he’s set to be released from jail today, after spending a little more than three months locked up.
TMZ is reporting that the LA Sheriffs department is letting Soulja out early thanks to a combination of good behavior, time served, and overcrowding.
The rapper was initially hit with a sentence of 240 days in jail and an additional 265 days of community service for violating probation back in April.
Soulja is also off the hook in his alleged kidnapping case as it was rejected by prosecutors.
