Sources say Jennifer Lopez is reportedly “open” to a relationship with Ben Affleck.
Lopez, 51, and ex-fiancé actor-screenwriter Ben Affleck, 48, have been making the news for the past two weeks after being seen hanging out together on a couple of occasions. Now, sources say that the rumors about them possibly rekindling their former romance may be true.
A source shared with PEOPLE that Lopez “is open to having a relationship” with Affleck. “She wants to spend as much time with Ben as possible to see where this could go,” said the insider. However, while the two have fun, the source said there are no definite plans for anything solid exclusive right now. “They are certainly not making any plans about the future,” the source added.
A couple of weeks back, the former couple was seen together in Los Angeles. And recently, the two spent time together in Montana near a resort where Affleck owns a home. The insider told PEOPLE that Lopez “had a great time with Ben,” adding that “she is happy with him and enjoys spending time with him.”
The two “have a strong connection,” the source said. “It’s all been quick and intense, but Jennifer is happy.” Lopez and Affleck were together from 2002 to 2004. They called off their marriage just three days before they were set to walk down the aisle. But, it seems the former item is flaming an even bigger fire.
