As the battle between #StevieJ and #JoselineHernandez continues, it seems like the record producer is headed to the courts to settle this dispute once and for all.
According to #TMZ, Stevie is suing Hernandez for defamation, for her destructive accusations claiming he is gay, a devil worshiper and a child molester.
If you recall, Hernandez took to her social media to accuse Stevie of molesting the daughter he shares with #MimiFaust. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the Puerto Rican Princess even procured a former nanny for his daughter, Ava, to post similar allegations on social media.
Apparently, Stevie believes this is all a ploy to damage his reputation. Per the court docs, the constant accusations have exposed him to public hatred and ridicule, therefore he’s suing for damages. In addition, he wants a judge to force Hernandez to end the smear campaign.
