What’s the statute of limitations on getting the brakes beat off of you on national television? Maybe there isn’t one because Basketball Wives star Sundy Carter is coming for her castmates Dray Michele and Malaysia Pargo in a major way.
You may recall last season’s episode of Basketball Wives LA where Sundy and Draya were involved in a physical altercation that left Sundy ‘s eye blackened. One could argue that Sundy initiated the fight. Heck, we all could argue it because she DID initiate the fight. Regardless, a fight between Sundy and Draya did take place and allegedly Malaysia got a few swings in too.
According to Sundy, the incident that took place July 2013, left her with blurred vision and permanent eye damage. Here’s the problem, to answer my initial question, the statute of limitations is 1 year (As far as criminal charges) so there’s nothing Sundy can do that will get Draya or Malaysia thrown in jail. She can, however, file a civil suit because the statute of limitations there would be 2 years.
My question is, why did she wait so long? Also, supposedly Sundy and Draya will not be returning to the new season of Basketball Wives LA. Or will they? Is this a storyline, maybe?
