Vans has teamed up with Swarovski and Supreme to put a dazzling new spin on a classic shoe.
Dubbed the Supreme x Swarovski x Vans Old Skool, this sparkling skater sneaker takes the signature Vans Old Skool model and re-imagines it in a way never done before. Made exclusively for Supreme for their Fall 2022 collection, this limited edition footwear only features the iconic checkered pattern in red, purple, black, and brown colorways. While the white squares remain solid on the shoe, the colored blocks are filled with Swarovski crystals.
Colored shoe laces to match the shoe, white leather linings, “Supreme” embroidered on the rear, and red soles are the additional intricate details that transform these Vans from a casual shoe to a luxury must-have this season.
Vans is widely known for teaming up with other brands to recreate their classic styles. Recently, they joined forces with the Japanese manga series One Piece for an ode to the anime series with colorful patches on Vans shoes. That collection is slated for a November 11th release.
The Supreme x Swarovski x Vans Old Skool collaboration retails for $300. Beginning October 20th at 11 a.m., customers will be able to purchase their pair on the official U.S. Supreme website. Shoppers in Japan will have to wait until November 19th at 11 a.m. to secure this exclusive footwear treasure.
